This is my first time doing a heating project. The job was done in a timely manner.
Our experience with All Phases was incredible. The price we were quoted was half of what another
company gave us. We were a bit nervous as we did not know any of the companies. We paid in full before installation and received a
discount for that. I was nervous about that but soon learned I could trust All Phases completely. “Buddy” kept us up to date as far
as the as the status of the AC units arrival to the warehouse. The process from signing the contract to installation was a total of four days.
It was ordered on Monday and installed at 7AM Thursday. When I arrived home I was amazed that there was no “clean up” to be done.

for the townhouse (unit #1) that was my office. It has worked out very well -
the heating bills for unit #1 have been running $100 per month less than unit
#2. In January 2011, when the blower motor in unit #2 started to labor, I
didn't hesitate to call Carl and have the furnace replaced. They installed it
the very next day in a few hours. We had a very good experience with All
Phases Mechanical. They were quick to respond when our hot water heater died. We
had hot water by the end of the day and a new tankless water heater by the end
of the week. The staff was polite, knowledgeable and
hard working. They were simply interested in getting the job done right in a
timely manner. My system was barely working but it's functioning fine now.

assessment of the AC unit and designed a retrofit return duct air system
that better suited the AC needs of my upstairs unit. His crew
worked efficiently, serviced my unit as well and completed the job

He came out with two technicians and had heat for us within two hours - even though our furnace needed replacement. Terrific service! Buddy stopped by on Christmas Eve on his way to his family in NH to assist in emergency.
