“I have worked with Carl and his team twice over the last 14 years and they consistently provide outstanding customer service. They return phone calls, arrive when they say they will and do excellent work.
Recently, after an emergency early morning phone call when the furnace stopped working, Carl responded within an hour and arrived to diagnose the problem and go over the options. After deciding to replace the furnace, the new unit was delivered later the same day (Carl stayed and waited for the delivery). The following morning Dillon arrived (again, on-time) to install it. Dillon did a great job of communicating what he would be doing and the end result was a new, energy efficient furnace, installed and working by the end of the day.

"Had been having problems with my HVAC for a while; previous repair people never fully serviced unit. Evidently HVAC had not been serviced since it was installed in 2019. Julio from All Phases arrived, did a thorough inspection, then made recommendations. Needed a new blower unit, capacitor and chose to get the thermostat he recommended. All work was done in an efficient timeframe at the price quoted and phone calls were made to me to let me know if Julio was behind schedule. "Our experience with the team at All Phases was nothing but incredible from start to finish. Somehow, we managed to buy a condo that came with a very odd heating/ac system that was only made in Canada by a company that was now defunct. We had 4 other companies come out and tell us that replacing our HVAC unit was simply impossible without completely having the outside of the building re-engineered. We didn't know what to do. Fast forward to an e-mail I sent Carl and I received a text response within hours.
Henry came the very next day to take a look and instead of the usual, "Oh wow, I've never seen this before", Henry said, "Oh sure, we've replaced these before!". I wanted to be sure so the next day, both Henry and Eddie showed up and Eddie confirmed that it indeed, could be done. Within 72 hours of dropping off my initial deposit, 4 work trucks showed up to my house at 7:30 AM, delivering the brand new HVAC unit. Over the next few days Eddie, Julio, Matt, Josh, and Sarah worked tirelessly to install this new system. They were all personable, professional, down to earth, and incredibly communicative. There was never a time that I didn't know what was going on at my home because they always kept me in the loop.
What sets the crew at All Phases apart is experience. In an industry where there are plenty of amateurs posing as "seasoned professionals", rest assured that this team is the real deal. Any team that can take a project that multiple businesses said couldn't be done, and complete it in such a seamless and timely fashion, is a team you want. Hire them without hesitation!"

"Owner answered my call. Got me in THAT DAY! to fix my broken AC during a heatwave. All the other places told me Monday or Tuesday of the following week. It was a Friday. Technician (Matt) came out early in the afternoon. Called me as he said he would and told me what was wrong with the system. "Carl, Eddie, Dillon, Susan and the entire crew at All Phases Mechanical are the absolute best in their responsiveness, end-to-end service and HVAC installation. I decided to call Carl to get a quote for a gas furnace and a AC (since he and his team and fixed a NEST thermostat a while back). Carl called me within a day, sent over his crew to take some dimensions and specs, and sent me his quote within 2 days. Sue followed up promptly and we scheduled the installation. Eddie personally came over to the installation site to take delivery of equipment and make final measurements. The next day, his crew came over to install the furnace and AC. I was very impressed at their work ethic and how clean they left the place. They took time to explain the process and left the site after explaining what they had done. I was even more impressed when Carl and Susan offered to register the product on behalf of me and had a list of the serial and mfg. model numbers. Overall, great job by the folks at All Phases Mechanical. Thank you!"

"Our furnace broke down on a Sunday on one of the coldest days of the winter. I called around but everyone was booked due the cold snap. I called All Phases Mechanical on a tip from a friend and I'm glad that I did. They were pretty booked but got someone out later that day. Carl who is the owner actually lent us a few electric heaters to make sure our pipes wouldn't freeze before his guys got there - talk about service! Their service guys were professional and super nice, they got us back up and running and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I’ll be using them for all my heating needs from now on."

"Our experience with All Phases Mechanical has been excellent. On the first occasion we used APM, we lost heat during a cold snap in the middle of winter. We called in the morning and a technician arrived that afternoon and quickly determined that not only was our 20 year old furnace in need of expensive repairs (which a friend of ours in the construction industry validated), but continuing to run it would potentially result in a carbon monoxide hazard to my family. Carl gave us clear options and helped us understand benefits (rebates, no interest loans, etc.) that are available from the state to assist families in our predicament. We decided to move forward with a new furnace and Carl's team installed it the next day. On the second occasion, APM helped us
with our central air conditioning system. Again, Carl sent a technician who arrived promptly the same day, who determined that the air conditioning system was fine but it wasn't working properly due to faulty wiring. He quickly fixed it and was on his way - all at no charge. I can't say enough about All Phases Mechanical. If you're looking for a local company that cares about its customers (and understands that heating and cooking problems need to be addressed quickly), All Phase Mechanical is the company you should use."

furnace located in our attic. The technicians (Henry and Ed) were polite, professional, timely, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Great care was exercised to remove the old, heavy, and very dirty unit down 2 flights of stairs out of our home and to transport the new unit to the attic location. My wife greatly appreciated the care that was taken to maintain the cleanliness of our home during this installation job. The All Phases team did a great job and are to be complimented.

Awesome job! My A/C stopped working during the latest heat wave after Labor Day while my mother was in the hospital. I called All Phases first thing in the morning, Henry called back in a timely fashion, he met me exactly when he said and even gave me a heads up call saying he was 10 minutes away which was very helpful coming from the hospital to meet him. Sean did an incredible job...already a plumber and a propane company tech said they could do nothing until the water in the crawl space was pumped out. It went wonderfully.
We had a broken A/C unit. Our usual heating oil HVAC provider attempted to fix a broken AC unit 4-5 times and was unable (there was a leak somewhere they could not find). We asked them for an estimate and it took them about 1-2 months to provide it. This began during early summer.
After becoming frustrated with the other company's lack of responsiveness, we contacted Carl Tucci at All Phases. He was able to come to our house nearly immediately, we drew up an estimate that day and paid for our A/C units. The new unit was promptly installed (amusingly it was done before we even got the estimate back from our original company). The other three units were also installed over the summer, but as our current units were working, I told Carl not to put a rush on them.
The boiler was purchased slightly after the A/C units, and was installed over the course of several days, but done in such a way that we were never without heat (the final day when the heat was briefly off was warm, and they'd set everything us so that the heating time loss was minimal).
Everyone working for All Phases was highly professional, and any time I had an issue (one of the units had a manufacturer's defect) the problem was solved rapidly (in this case the next day, because the part had to be ordered).
In terms of price, I believe that it was a good price (it was about the same as the estimate we received from the other original company, but All Phases included everything; the other company did not include electrical work).
It is clear that Carl takes his business very seriously, and wants his customers to truly be happy. I would absolutely hire them again for any future needs.

I called All Phases Mechanical the Monday before Thanksgiving for oil furnace servicing and replacement of rusted flues.
They called me back quickly and arranged to visit Wednesday ... much faster than I expected given the holiday. Carl made
sure to forward a personalized insurance certificate and Buddy called on the day to let me know the time the technician would
arrive. The flue replacement turned out to be a bigger job than expected but All Phases was able to get parts, and additional
workmen, to my house and complete the work all the same day ... Thanksgiving Eve.
The job was completed well, the new installation looks great, and the basement was cleaner after the workmen left than before they arrived..
